The Garage Sale Resolution passed and effectively March 10, 2014, individual garage
sales will not be permitted. Green Ridge North Community will now have two (three
days Community at Large Garage Sales). The HOA Board will send out notices of the two
designate and alternate dates. Fines will be applied to any homeowner who does not
comply with the new resolution. The Deed Restriction Enforcement Team will be the
enforcers of this new resolution. The purpose of this resolution is to better serve our
community at large with safety issues, keeping our community clean, and controlling the
traffic within our bounds.
