Green Ridge North Community Pool Facility
The pool facility is located on 225 Glazebrook Drive at the Aquatic Centre. The
telephone number is 281-931-0447.
The 2016 swim season begins May 30th and end September 5th.
Hours of Operation:
First Day After Memorial Day is June 3rd
Last Day Before Labor Day is August 19th
Open Wednesday through Friday and Sunday from 3pm until 8pm.
Closed on Monday (non-holidays) and Tuesday for cleaning and maintenance and on Saturday for rental.
Exception:
Memorial Day, May 30th from 2pm until 8pm
Labor Day, September 5th from 2pm until 8pm
The Green Ridge North Pool Facility consist of:
An adult pool with detached kiddie pool. Lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas and sitting
areas surround the pool deck. Public restrooms available.
Pool Service Company
Estrada Management Company is the vendor who currently holds our pool operating contract. Included in this are cleaning adult pool/kiddie pool, equipment maintenance & cleaning & maintaining pool mechanical room and pools, chemical storage area, & pump room.

Pool Rentals
All residents have to be current on their maintenance dues to rent the pool facility.
Pool rentals are only on Saturdays. You can rent the facility by sending your request to the following email:
Please make sure to reference your subject line with Aquatic Center Rental and the date you wish to rent and the amount of hours needed.
Once we receive your email request we will contact you directly to come in and sign a rental agreement form.
$340 for three hours plus 30 mins before and after (This includes $20 processing fee, $20 an hour per lifeguards, rental of the pool facility with air conditioner.)
$430 for four hours plus 30 mins before and after (This includes $20 processing fee, $20 an hour per lifeguards, rental of the pool facility with air conditioner.)
Pool Tags
All residents have to be current on their maintenance dues to use the pool facility.
2016 pool tags can be picked up from the association on the following days:
Saturday, May 7, 2016 from 10am until 2pm
Saturday, May 14, 2016 from 10am until 2pm
Saturday, May 21, 2016 from 10am until 2pm
Saturday, May 28, 2016 from 10am until 2pm
Every homeowner is allowed four free pool passes as long as their maintenance fee are to par. Additional Pool Tags cost $4.00 each for resident members. All senior citizens pool passes Over-65 are free.
The cost is to defray the cost of the tag and ink. There is no additional charge for using the pool facilities. The purpose of the pool tag id is for safety and to facilitate the process smoother. We need everyone to have a proper pool tag id. If you arrive and have no pool tag id the gate guard will notify you
of the next available day for pool tag purchase. Pool Tags will not be available after
July 31st. So please plan wisely and get your pool tag id on time.
Pool Guests
Conditions regarding pool guest
$5.00 each for guest passes (only 2 are allowed per household) All guest with guest
passes must be accompanied by a resident and pays $1.00 every entry. All extra guest
that are accompanied by a resident with no guest passes pays $3.00 every entry.
